Membership Democracy

By law, every Swedish football club needs to be owned by its members by at least 51%. In Malmö FF’s case the club has since its founding on the 24th February 1910 been owned to 100% by its members. This means that the members have a voice, both when it comes to club as well as league decisions.

Winning Mentality

Malmö FF is Sweden’s most successful football club, with 27 league victories, 24 championship titles, and 16 cup titles. In 1979, Malmö achieved the greatest European success by a Swedish club in history by reaching the European Cup final. Furthermore, over the last decade, Malmö FF has regularly participated in Europe’s top competitions.
